Most of the things I write about here begin as something I am trying to make work. Some belong to my business, some are tools I build for my own use, and one began with a question about photographs.
They are not all at the same stage, and not all of them are meant to become products. I keep them here because they show where the ideas on this site come from.
LifeBloc began with a photography question: how much of an image’s context survives once it leaves the photographer? It is my experiment in keeping everyday photographs with a record of their provenance. The portfolio lives at yammie.art; this site carries the notes and stories around the project.
DayBook is the human-agent workspace I use to run my day: tasks, context, approvals and the ordinary work around them. CrewBook is an earlier prototype for exploring how teams of people and agents might hand work back and forth without losing the thread.
Most of my experiments meet reality inside the commerce business I run. It is where questions about product discovery, customer decisions and day-to-day operations stop being abstract. I keep notes on what I test, what proves useful, and what does not.
